Choose from existing pieces or work with us to create something custom. Depending on your project, we'll explore colours, materials, branding, designs and personalization, with mock-ups provided where applicable.
03. Quote & Approval
Once we've established the details, you'll receive a customized quote outlining your custom order. After your selections, designs and quote are approved and payment requirements are completed, production begins.
04. Handmade With Updates Along the Way
Your order is thoughtfully created by hand. For custom projects, we'll keep you connected throughout the process with communication, progress updates and behind-the-scenes photos when applicable.
05. Elevated Gifting & Presentation
We can help take your order beyond the product itself with custom packaging, branded elements, recipient personalization, educational or artist inserts, and other thoughtful finishing touches. Available options vary by project and budget.
06. Carefully Packed, Delivered & Followed Up
Your order is carefully prepared for transport, with final presentation details and tracking provided where applicable. We'll follow up after delivery to make sure your order arrived safely and you're happy with the finished experience.
