These Terms of Service govern your use of the Eiralize Dreams website and your purchase of products or services from Eiralize Dreams.

By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing a product or service from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced within them.

Eligibility & Use of Our Website

By using this website or placing an order, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase transaction or are using the website with the permission of a parent or legal guardian where required.

You may not use our website, products, content, or services for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purpose.

Products & Handmade Nature

Eiralize Dreams specializes in handmade products. Individual products may differ slightly from photographs, samples, prototypes, or other pieces.

Reasonable variations in colour, dimensions, bead placement, feathers, hide, bone, stones, natural materials, texture, pattern, and finishing are inherent to handmade products and do not necessarily constitute defects.

Product colours may also appear differently depending on photography, lighting, display settings, and individual devices.

Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, availability, pricing, and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, errors may occasionally occur.

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update product information where necessary.

Certain lifestyle photographs, models, backgrounds, banner images, or other visual content may be created or enhanced using artificial intelligence (AI) or digital editing tools. These images are provided to demonstrate styling, scale, presentation, or potential use and are illustrative in nature.

Customers should rely on the applicable product description, measurements, materials, specifications, and product-focused photographs when evaluating a product for purchase.

Pricing

Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on our website and may change without notice.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, customs charges, duties, or other applicable fees may be added where required.

If an obvious pricing or product information error occurs, Eiralize Dreams reserves the right to correct the error and, where appropriate, cancel or contact the customer regarding an affected order.

Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not necessarily constitute final acceptance by Eiralize Dreams.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, payment issues, inventory errors, obvious pricing errors, inability to fulfill a customization request, abusive conduct, or other circumstances that prevent us from reasonably completing the transaction.

If Eiralize Dreams cancels an order that has already been paid and no goods or services have been supplied, applicable amounts paid for the cancelled portion will be refunded.

Payment

Payment must be completed according to the payment terms presented at checkout, on an invoice, quote, contract, or other written agreement.

For custom, bulk, wholesale, corporate, or commissioned orders, different payment or deposit requirements may apply.

Custom, Personalized & Commissioned Orders

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when requesting customization, including names, wording, logos, branding materials, colours, measurements, quantities, and other specifications.

Where Eiralize Dreams provides a design, sample, prototype, or mock-up for approval, the customer's approval authorizes Eiralize Dreams to proceed based on the approved specifications.

Changes requested after approval, material purchasing, or commencement of production may result in additional charges and may affect production timelines.

Eiralize Dreams cannot guarantee exact colour matching across screens, photographs, digital branding files, beads, natural materials, or materials manufactured in different batches.

Customer-Supplied Branding & Content

When providing Eiralize Dreams with a logo, trademark, photograph, artwork, wording, or other material for a custom order, the customer represents that they have the necessary permission or authority for Eiralize Dreams to use that material for the purpose of completing the order.

Product Availability

Some Eiralize Dreams products are one of a kind, produced in small quantities, or depend on limited materials.

Availability is therefore not guaranteed.

Materials used in previous products or samples may become unavailable. When appropriate, comparable substitutions may be discussed with the customer.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, original photographs, graphics, written website content, branding, logos, product photography, marketing materials, and original creative materials produced by Eiralize Dreams are owned by Eiralize Dreams or used with permission.

They may not be copied, reproduced, republished, sold, distributed, commercially exploited, or represented as another person or business's work without permission.

Eiralize Dreams Product Designs

Purchasing an Eiralize Dreams product does not transfer intellectual property rights in Eiralize Dreams' original creative work.

Where legally protected, original Eiralize Dreams product designs, photographs, patterns, compositions, graphics, mock-ups, and other creative materials may not be reproduced for commercial purposes or used to manufacture products for resale without authorization.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to claim exclusive ownership over traditional Indigenous knowledge, teachings, cultural practices, symbols, or designs that are not legally owned by Eiralize Dreams.

Photography & Social Media

Photographs appearing on the Eiralize Dreams website or social media platforms may not be copied and used by another business to advertise or sell its products without authorization.

Customers may, of course, photograph products they have purchased for personal use and share their Eiralize Dreams purchases on social media.

Third-Party Services

Our website may rely on or provide access to third-party services, including payment processors, shipping carriers, social media platforms, and other service providers.

Those third parties may operate under their own terms, privacy policies, and service conditions.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Eiralize Dreams will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use or misuse of our products, website, or services.

Customers are responsible for using, displaying, storing, wearing, and caring for products appropriately and in accordance with any provided instructions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not knowingly interfere with the operation or security of our website, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders, misuse our intellectual property, impersonate another person, or use our website for unlawful activities.

Returns, Refunds & Shipping

All purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, which form part of these Terms.

Eiralize Dreams may update these Terms of Service periodically. The version posted on our website at the applicable time will govern use of the website, subject to applicable law and any separate written agreement entered into with a customer.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Eiralize Dreams and the transaction, together with applicable federal laws of Canada, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that may apply based on the customer's location.
